Thank you for your interest in The Meath Epilepsy Charity.

The Meath is a long-established organisation supporting adults with complex epilepsy and associated needs. Based in Godalming, it provides a specialist, community-based model of care that combines residential services, shared facilities and day opportunities in one setting.

The organisation has a strong reputation and a clear sense of purpose. It plays an important role for the people it supports and their families, offering stability, expertise and a level of specialism that is not widely available.

In recent years, there has been a renewed focus on strengthening consistency across services, improving governance and supporting staff to deliver high-quality care day to day. Alongside this, there is an interest in how the organisation continues to develop, including potential future growth.

There is a committed leadership team in place, supported by an engaged and pragmatic Board. There is a shared understanding of both the strengths of the organisation and where further progress is needed.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within this type of environment, and who is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to its continued development.
